Review by hotel critic
As a landscape photographer always on the lookout for serene and convenient places to work remotely, my recent stay at Best Western Plus Carlton Plaza was a rewarding experience for my corporate retreat. The efficient wi-fi connectivity ensured seamless communication with clients back in London, while the well-equipped kitchen in the room allowed for quick and healthy meal preparations during deadlines. The 24-hour reception and security offered a sense of safety and flexibility, allowing me to focus on my work without any concerns. The on-site Ruby Restaurant proved to be a great spot for informal business meetings over breakfast, with the attentive staff accommodating our needs promptly. The business center provided a conducive environment for impromptu team discussions and last-minute edits to my photography portfolio. The hotel's central location was ideal, offering accessibility to key attractions and dining options, making it a practical choice for business travelers seeking convenience and comfort. Highly recommend Best Western Plus Carlton Plaza for a productive yet comfortable stay on Vancouver Island.
